Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes what personal information You may share with PI Education, as data controller, and other Users when activating and using the PI Education Services, how PI Education receives, collects and uses this data and how You may opt-out at any time, altogether preventing use of the data shared via the Services.

 

Information Collected and Received

Installation and Use

When you install and use the PI Education Apps, PI Education will collect process and retain personal information from you and any devices you may use in Your interaction with our Services. This information may include the following: device ID or unique identifier, connection information and version of the PI Education App .You use and other  information based on Your interaction with our Services. PI Education may use the information collected from, and in connection with, all of our services to provide, maintain, and improve them, to develop new ones, and to protect PI Education and its users.

User Profile

Where the User registers a user profile in the PI Education App Compulsory information when creating a profile page is the User’s contact number, device Id, qualification information, profile picture(Optional).

Identifiers

In addition, You may provide us with Your user identifier information regarding certain third party services, i.e. Facebook, Google+, Twitter, necessary for the application to interoperate with sharing services.

Contact Information

Where the PI Education Apps are obtained from Google Play, You may share the names, qualification details PI Education for the purpose store contacts with user location on PI Education server. If you provide us with personal information about someone else, you confirm that they are aware that you have provided their data and that they consent to our processing of their data according to our Privacy Policy. The scope of user contacts information is in Application. PI Education app does not store users contacts information outside of application or server.

Advertisements

When we serve an advertisement to your device, we collect information about your interaction with this advertisement to help us evaluate the performance of the advertisement that we show, such as whether you clicked on it, or installed the advertised product. The third parties that serve these advertisements may also collect other information about your interaction with an advertisement. This collection and the subsequent use of this information by these third parties is subject to these third parties’ privacy policies over which PI Education has no control.

Device and log information

If you use our Service, we collect information about your device and browser. This may include device information (type of device, operating system version, unique device identifier, browser type and version, mobile network information) or log information (IP address, MAC address, screen resolution, and referring domain).

Error reporting information

We also collect error-reporting information if the Service crashes or hangs up so that we can investigate the error and improve the stability of the Service for future releases. In general these reports do not contain personally identifiable information, or only incidentally. As part of these error reports, we receive information about the type and version of your device and browser, the device identifier, the time the error occurred, the feature being used and the state of the application when the error occurred. We do not use this information for any purpose other than investigating and remedying the error.

Please note that no other Contact Information than the phone numbers and there to attached names and email addresses will be received, stored and used from the User’s address book. Other numbers or information that may be contained in your device’s phone book will be filtered away and will therefore not be stored or used by PI Education. Addresses, passwords and credit card numbers and any other similar information will automatically be prevented from being entered into the PI Education database by our safety algorithms, that filters any numbers and other information stored in the phone book in a number sequence not compatible with that used for telephone numbers.

 

Aggregate and anonymous information

We may also share aggregate or anonymous information with third parties, including advertisers and investors. For example, we may tell our advertisers the number of users our app receives. This information does not contain any personal information, and is used to develop content and services that we hope you will find of interest.

 

Other

Other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not share our users’ personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes. If in the future, we plan to share personal information with any third party for its direct advertising purposes other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, you will be notified in accordance with applicable law.

 

Display of tailored advertising

We allow third parties with whom we have a separate agreement to use certain technologies to collect information about the placement, views and clicks of their advertisements, so that they can better serve interest-based advertisements to our users and visitors. These third parties include
(1) business partners, who collect information when you view or interact with one of their advertisements on the Service.
(2) Attribution partners who help us measure effectiveness of certain advertisements; and
(3) advertising networks, which collect information about your interests when you view or interact with one of their advertisements. The information gathered by these third parties is used to make predictions about your interests or preferences so that they can display advertisements on the Service and on other sites across the Internet tailored to your apparent interests.

We do not share with these third parties any information that would readily identify you (such as email address) for purposes of such advertising; however, these third parties may have access to information about your device (such as MAC address). We do not have access to, or control over, the technologies that these third parties may use to collect information about your interests, and the information practices of these third parties are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

 

Data access and removal

You can always control what information you choose to share with us on the Service. To do so, you can change your settings in the Service or in your mobile device. Alternatively, you can remove the Service from your mobile device entirely.

You can remove your data anytime you want by sending a request to PI Education at manishagarwal1535@gmail.com. Your data will no longer be available to your PI Education contacts. If you ask us to delete your account, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to remove your data from our servers, however certain information may be retained in our back-up or archival systems. Please note that, after your account is closed, we may retain certain information associated with your account, including for analytical purposes as well as for record keeping integrity.

Any personally identifiable information and any content that (i) you share in text messages, photos, videos or otherwise in or through the Service with other users, or (ii) submit on a blog, bulletin board or chat room on our website or elsewhere, can be viewed and used by others, including to send you unsolicited messages or to commit identity theft. PI Education is not responsible for any use or misuse of your information that might result from your disclosure of information.

 

Security

Protecting user privacy and personally identifiable information is a top priority for PI Education. We make substantial efforts to ensure the privacy and security of all personally identifiable information you provide to us. Access to all personally identifiable information is restricted to those individuals who need to know that information in order to provide, operate, develop, maintain, support or improve the Service. PI Education uses password protection, access logs, and system monitoring to safeguard the confidentiality and security of all member information.

However, due to the inherent nature of the Internet and related technology, we do not guarantee the protection of information under our control or in transit against loss, misuse, or alteration.

 

Minors

PI Education Services are not intended for or designed to attract anyone under the age of 13 and PI Education does not intentionally or knowingly collect personal information in the Services from anyone under that age. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children to ensure that no information is collected from a child without parental permission.

 

Changes to this Privacy Policy

PI Education may at any time with or without a separate notice change this Privacy Policy and You are encouraged to review this Policy from time to time. In case of substantial changes, PI Education notifies the Users by push notice or via notice on the PI Education website.
